1. Customer Service Consultant

Description:

  • Be responsible for sales and achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Product advice for customers
  • Co-ordinate and support in all company related events for publicity and promotions of the company's products and services

Requirements:

  • Min. GCE 'A' / 'O' Level with minimum 2 years of sales experience in beauty industry
  • With Basic certificate in skin care would be preferred
  • Results driven; enjoy the challenge of winning new clients
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship and communication skills
  • Strong passion for working in retail industries
  • Proven track record in sales performance preferably in retrial industries

2. Customer Service Officer
You understand customers want the best possible quality and value in terms of products and services. It's why you continuously go the extra miles. To explore all avenues to attain customers delights.

Description:

  • Analyse customers’ skin care needs and face mapping consultations
  • Provide prior and post treatment consultations to customers
  • Provide centre support activities in terms of sales & administration
  • Provide assistance with corporate and centre projects.
  • Advise customer on any new product/service promotions

Requirements:

  • Recognised skin care certification
  • Min. GCE 'O' / 'N' Level
  • Fluent in English
  • A team player with good customer services skills
  • Willing to work retail hours

3. Skin Care Therapists
Join our team of leading professional skin care therapists. You understand our commitment to restore and maintain the health of our customers' skin to the optimal level. Extensive training will be provided.

Description:

  • Analyse customers' skin care needs and face mapping consultations
  • Perform facial and body therapies
  • Provide prior and post treatment consultations to customers

Requirements:

  • Min. basic certificate in skin care
  • Able to converse in English and Mandarin
  • Pleasant looking with good complexion
  • A team player with good customer service skills
  • Willing to work retail hours
