Q1: Is this a membership program?
Ans: No. This is
not a membership program. This is a privilege rewards program which
we would like our valued customers to enjoy more benefits and privileges
as you embark on your journey towards your optimum skin health and
wellness with us.
Q2: Do I have to pay for this program?
Ans: No. This program is based on your actual nett spending with Leonard
Drake and once you accumulate the amount to reach the minimum qualifying
target, you are entitled to the privilege reward card.
Q3: Can I share this card with my family member?
Ans: No. This card
is granted on an individual basis. Amount will be accumulated based
on the receipt at the point of sale.
Q4: What will happen after the card expiry date?
Ans: You have to
maintain the qualifying target in order to continue enjoying the same
benefits and/or privileges.
Q5: Will my card status be downgraded if I cannot maintain the target
amount?
Ans:
Yes. On expiry date of the rewards card, we will review your past
12 months’ spending
to determine your next card status. |
