& Conditions
- The Leonard Drake Platinum Sapphire, Platinum Ruby and Platinum Diamond
Cards are a privilege rewards scheme. They are not a credit, charge product
discount card.
- The Leonard Drake Platinum Sapphire, Platinum Ruby and Platinum Diamond
Cards are valid for 1 year period unless otherwise specified with respective
terms and conditions.
- Each individual is allowed to hold only ONE privilege reward card at
any one time.
- Privilege is granted on an individual basis. It is non-transferable
and may subject to revocation at anytime without prior notice.
- Privilege card holders MUST present their Platinum Sapphire, Platinum
Ruby and Platinum Diamond Card to our staff before any transaction so
that any promotions, rebates or points will be provided at the point
of sale. Failure to do so shall cause the transaction to be disqualified
for any promotions, rebates or points.
- These cards are the property of Leonard Drake (S) Pte Ltd and shall
be surrendered to Leonard Drake (S) Pte Ltd at any time upon request.
- The privilege reward card entitles members to all normal services or
promotions available at all Leonard Drake skin care centers in Singapore.
All other benefits and privileges will be at the sole discretion of the
respective countries and are subjected to its own terms and conditions.
- Privilege card holders are required to inform the center (where the
card was issued) of any changes in the mailing address to ensure that
card holders continue to receive latest updates on Platinum Sapphire,
Platinum Ruby and
- Platinum Diamond privileges and promotions.
- The loss of privilege reward card must be reported to the center where
it was issued. An administration fee of $5 will be levied for replacement.
- The privilege reward card will also entitle a card holder to benefit
and/or privileges offered by participating establishments of which the
card holder shall be informed from time to time. However, Leonard Drake
(S) Pte Ltd shall not be responsible and/or liable for any loss and/or
damage suffered by the card holder in the event of any benefits and/or
privileges not being honoured by any participating establishment.
- Leonard Drake (S) Pte Ltd reserves the right to terminate or change
any gifts, benefits, or privileges offered, at any time without prior
notice.
- Complimentary welcome gifts are applicable once you qualified for the
privilege reward card. All gifts and complimentary services are not exchangeable
for cash, products, and are not returnable.
- Renewal of the privilege reward card is subjected to its terms and conditions.
Expired privilege reward card must be surrendered to Leonard Drake (S)
Pte Ltd.
- Leonard Drake (S) Pte Ltd reserves the right to alter or amend the terms
and conditions as it deems fit at it absolute discretion without prior
notice.
