Sat 7 Oct 2006 - The private and cozy Reception Hall of the Meritus Mandarin Hotel, located on Level 5 of the South Tower was selected as the venue for Leonard Drake's workshop titled "The Light Ways To A Youthful, Clear & Bright Complexion". Back by popular demand, Guest Speaker, Mr Micheal Wey, who hails from Esthetics International Group (the parent company of Leonard Drake) started the afternoon by giving the audience an insight to the dangers of using invasive treatments and products to achieve younger, clearer and smoother skin.

The audience learned from Mr Wey how today's latest generation of various light therapy treatments could help correct benign skin conditions, such as uneven skin texture, acne, enlarged pores, signs of ageing, blemishes and unwanted hair. A 'live' demonstration using two advanced non-invasive laser equipment was also the highlight of the workshop, whereby participants got to experience first-hand how safe and scientifically advanced the Fluorescent Pulsed Light (FPL^TM) and Light, Heat & Energy (LHE^TM) machines are.
