Wednesday 15 Oct 2008 – Leonard Drake Skincare & Health Spa conducted a workshop titled "Brighten Your Skin - Introducing Leonard Drake & Dermalogica" on Wednesday 15 Oct 2008 at the IRAS located at Revenue House. The lunch-time session started with an introduction to Leonard Drake Skincare & Health Spa, including its philosophy, services, product range, and testimonials from personalities.

40 female participants (staff of IRAS) were introduced to Face Mapping^SM - a concept of skin analysis developed by the International Dermal Institute in Los Angeles. Ms Karin Boo, Technical Manager for Leonard Drake revealed to these women how the 14 zones identified on the face, ears and neck actually relates to one's internal health. They were intrigued as they watched how Karin was able to conduct an inch-by-inch, methodical analysis of the facial landscape, thereby giving the client a better indication of the underlying health issues that might be affecting her skin.

A "live" demonstration of the Brightening Skin Clarifying treatment was shown, with a brave staff of IRAS volunteering as a model. Karin demonstrated a concise version of the treatment, albeit step-by-step so that the audience could understand the entire treatment process and its benefits - cleansing, exfoliation, serums, lymphatic drainage, masque, toner, moisturiser, and sun protection.

The session ended with the ladies gravitating towards the sales counter at the workshop for special deals on Leonard Drake's services and complimentary Averine Make-Up Class with purchase of any two Dermalogica products above $150.
