Wednesday 19 Mar 2008  Female members of the Tanglin Club got more than a brunch of pastries as they enjoyed an exclusive skincare workshop on how to  Lift Years Off Your Face Without Surgery [Introducing R.I. Series] , hosted by Simon Lim, Marketing Manager for Leonard Drake Skincare & Health Spa.

The morning kicked off with the women selecting pretty-looking scones, tarts and other delicious pastries from a buffet spread at the club, and lounging into comfortable armchairs to nibble on the treats and engage in friendly conversations. Simon Lim gave a concise introduction to Leonard Drake Skincare & Health Spa, and then introduced Technical Manager, Karin Boo who provided a deeper understanding of the human skin and its ageing process.

Ms Boo introduced R.I.Series (powered by the revolutionary ElM
s technology)  a unique new treatment that uses infrared light and bipolar radio-frequency energy to remodel the dermal layer of the skin, thereby stimulating new collagen growth. She assured the guests that it is possible these days to help make the skin much younger through its regenerative and contouring abilities, without invasive techniques.

The ladies were certainly interested in finding out more about the treatment, and even posed questions related to aesthetics treatments, including Thermage. Karin addressed the issues of concern and even got the enthusiastic guests to try the non-invasive treatment on the inner side of their forearm, just so as to feel how painless and comfortable the treatment is.
Besides having a first-hand spot trial experience, the ladies also went home happy to have any doubts cleared pertaining to light therapy and radio frequency. Some extremely eager ones even requested for the team to assist them in making an immediate treatment at Leonard Drake.
