Friday 26 June 2009 – Leonard Drake Skincare & Health Spa visited the People's Association at King George's Avenue to conduct a workshop titled "Brighten Your Skin - For a Luminous & Youthful Glow" on Friday 26 June 2009 for 53 corporate staff. The session started with an introduction to Leonard Drake Skincare & Health Spa, including its philosophy, services, product range, and testimonials from personalities.

Penny Lee, Trainer & Technical Executive began by introducing the guests to Face Mapping^SM - a concept of skin analysis developed by the International Dermal Institute in Los Angeles. She revealed to the audience how the 14 zones identified on the face, ears and neck actually relates to one's internal health. They were intrigued as they watched how Penny conducting an inch-by-inch, methodical analysis of the facial landscape, thereby giving the client a better indication of the underlying health issues that might be affecting her skin.

A "live" demonstration of the Brightening Skin Clarifying treatment was shown, with a staff of People's Association agreeing to be the "model" for the session. Penny demonstrated a concise version of the treatment, albeit step-by-step so that the audience could understand the entire treatment process and its benefits - cleansing, exfoliation, serums, lymphatic drainage, masque, toner, moisturiser, and sun protection.

Plenty of questions were asked by the ladies, including how often should one exfoliate.
