Tuesday 28 Nov 2006 - 73 staff of the Central Provident Fund (CPF) had registered for Leonard Drake's lunch time workshop titled "Radiant & Younger Skin With Advanced Aesthetics". Held at the CPF Building, located at Robinson Road, the event kicked off with a video of "The Leonard Drake Experience" in which the audience got a concise insight to Leonard Drake Skincare & Health Spa; its affiliation to the International Dermal Institute of Los Angeles; professional skincare products and services; plus first-hand testimonials from personalities (including MTV VJs, May Wan & Choy Wan; NHK Japan TV "Most Cool Guy Search Winner", Bruce Ngam; and TV & Radio Personality, Vivien Tan).

Leonard Drake Singapore's Technical Manager, Ms Karin Boo, who has a wealth of experience in the field of aesthetics (19 years to be exact!) explained the root causes of skin ageing and also highlighted the importance of opting for safe, non-invasive, yet effective treatments - such as the "Advanced Skin Radiance Treatment" available at all Leonard Drake centres. Karin explained how the complexion can lose its luminosity as a result to stress, environmental factors, and premature ageing - but could be improved tremendously with the unique treatment.

According to Ms Boo, the advanced treatment combines a non-surgical equipment with ultrasound waves, hi-impulse modes and oxygen serum which immediately gives a rejuvenating effect. The entire complexion is brightened and the skin texture becomes more refined - emitting a radiant glow! Skin hydration is improved tremendously resulting in more moisturized skin. It also improves the healing process of blemishes. The 'live" demonstration included getting a workshop participant to lay on the mobile treatment bed, while a qualified therapist worked gently and carefully on her skin with a trial version of the actual treatment.

The staff of CPF were eager to observe and also got to sample some Dermalogica skincare products. The workshop concluded with a special promotion for the day on the Advanced Aesthetics Treatments, and free consultation by the Leonard Drake consultants.
